What is included in the monthly price?
Each plan includes scheduled tutoring sessions, learning materials prepared by our tutors, and regular progress updates for parents. Exam preparation support is included in the Comprehensive plan and available as an add-on for other plans.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or adjust your plan at the start of any new month based on your child's progress or changing subject needs. Just let our team know in advance so we can arrange scheduling.
Do you offer single sessions instead of a monthly plan?
We primarily work with monthly packages to support consistent progress, but single session options are available for specific subjects or short-term exam preparation. Contact us to discuss what works best for your situation.
Are session materials included in the price?
Yes, core learning materials and practice worksheets prepared by our tutors are included in every plan. Textbooks required by the student's school are not included and remain the family's responsibility.
What happens if a session is missed?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a missed session within the same month. Sessions missed without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling, depending on tutor availability.
Is there a registration fee?
There is no separate registration fee. The monthly price covers the full package of sessions and support as listed, so families know the cost upfront before starting.
